I’m a Brazilian Senior Brand Designer based in Barcelona. I’ve spent most of my career working on brands that had become invisible to themselves. Brands with strong products and strong histories, but identities that no longer carried the same energy as the people behind them. What interests me is closing that gap. For the last two decades, I’ve worked across branding, digital products, and design systems, helping companies translate complexity into experiences that feel coherent, clear, and human. Most organisations don’t struggle because of bad products. They struggle because growth creates fragmentation. Teams drift apart. Products evolve faster than the brand. Experiences lose coherence. That’s usually where my work begins. I work between strategic thinking, systems design, and visual craft, building identities and structures that remain coherent under real operational conditions, not just presentation slides.

The most interesting design problems are rarely visual. They emerge when products, systems, people, and perception stop moving in the same direction.

AT WORK

I start with the problem, not the deliverable. That usually means understanding the systems behind the surface: business constraints, operational realities, product behaviour, team dynamics, and the invisible friction shaping the experience. From there, I work across strategy, identity, systems, and execution, building structures that remain coherent through growth, ambiguity, and real-world complexity. I’m most useful when the answer still isn’t obvious.

IN LIFE

I’m originally from Rio de Janeiro and have been based in Barcelona since 2014. Growing up close to the ocean shaped a lot of how I think. Windsurfing and kitesurfing taught me early that most systems are alive. Conditions change constantly. Control rarely comes from force. It comes from reading movement correctly and adapting fast enough to stay in flow. That mindset stayed with me, both in life and in design. Especially at scale.

“Most brands don’t lose relevance because of bad design.
They lose coherence as growth creates fragmentation between products, teams, systems, and perception.”

I'm currently open to full-time opportunities across brand, product, and systems design.

I’m currently open to full-time opportunities across brand, product, and systems design. Especially companies navigating growth, complexity, fragmented experiences, or moments of transformation. If that sounds familiar, I’d love to hear about it.
